Nestled on the 7th floor of the Flagship Resort owner Bruce Kaye is determined to reinvent his dining experience at Blue Water Grille Atlantic City. Kaye has hired Yanni Papaspanos (former general manager of LDV’s highly acclaimed Azure) as food and beverage director and A. Juliano Cannusico (former chef for LDV’s Lugo) as executive chef. Cannusico has an impressive pedigree. Cannusico earned a degree in culinary art, economics, and hospitality management degree from Stockton University . Cannusico has extensive fine dining experience from his stints at Fornelletto Borgata, Golden Nugget Casino, and Lugo Italian at the Revel Casino.

Blue Water Grille Atlantic City is located on the 7th Floor of the Flagship. Renovations plan includes an expanded, state of the art kitchen by Samtell Design; a complete facelift for the restaurant; and a beautiful outside deck with stunning views of the Absecon Inlet.
