Landry’s portfolio of brands include Chart House, Vic and Anthony’s, McCormick & Schmicks, and Mastros restaurants. Michael Patrick’s Brasserie is named after the Landry CEO and chairman Tilman Fertitta’s sons. The Fertitta family was on culinary trip touring the different tastes and flavors of European cuisine. Fertitta was inspired to develop a dining concept similar to that of the cafes in France. Located directly off the atrium and the casino floor, Michael Patrick’s brings you a comfortable dining experience with decor that is chic and modern.

The menu at Michael Patrick’s Brasserie includes appetizers, soup, salads, deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, gourmet burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta, and the full breakfast menu is served all day. Even though Michael Patrick’s menu may seem like the run of the mill casino diner fare, the restaurant mission statement was to produce their menu items with twist in presentation or flavors.

Michael Patrick’s Brasserie is Landry’s, Inc. version of the casino diner. The menu is very approachable and the price point is affordable for a casino.
